Collection, processing and use of personal data
You can visit our website without providing any personal information. We only store non-personal access data, such as the name of your internet service provider, the website from which you visited us, or the name of the requested file. This data is used solely to improve our website and does not allow us to identify you personally.
We only collect and store personal data if you provide it to us when placing an order or creating a customer account. This includes data such as first and last name, address, email address, date of birth, telephone number, and user behavior (Art. 4 No. 1 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)). By providing your personal data, you consent to its collection and storage. We will use the data you provide without your separate, explicit consent only to the extent necessary for the performance of the contract or for achieving the purpose you intended in providing the personal data. Upon complete fulfillment of the contract and full payment of the purchase price, your data will be blocked from further use and deleted after the statutory retention periods under tax and commercial law have expired, unless you have expressly consented to the further use of your data. If no purchase or other contract is concluded, your data will be deleted immediately.
If you have subscribed to our newsletter with your email address or otherwise requested or demanded to receive our newsletter, we will use your email address for our own advertising purposes beyond the fulfillment of the contract or the purpose you pursued, until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. You can unsubscribe either via your customer account or by mail, fax, or email using the contact details provided under "Data Protection Officer."
We use the Google service reCAPTCHA to determine whether a human or a computer is making a specific entry in our contact or newsletter form. Google uses the following data to determine whether you are a human or a computer: the IP address of the device you are using, the website you are visiting that includes the CAPTCHA, the date and duration of your visit, the identification data of your browser and operating system, your Google account if you are logged in, mouse movements on the reCAPTCHA areas, and tasks where you have to identify images. The legal basis for this data processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We have a legitimate interest in this data processing to ensure the security of our website and to protect ourselves from automated input (attacks).
Disclosure of personal data
Your data will be shared with the shipping company responsible for delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. To process payments, we will share your payment information with the bank responsible for processing the payment.
Your data will not be shared with any other third parties.

Your personal data is transmitted securely over the internet using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. We protect our website and other systems through technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, access, alteration, or distribution of your data by unauthorized persons.
